Lift the lever with a small flat head screwdriver to detach the buckle from the belt.

Align your ZippyBelt™ with an old belt, ensuring the tapered end is opposite the buckle. Mark the ZippyBelt just before the old belt’s buckle.

Cut the ZippyBelt™ from the squared end, ensuring you do NOT cut the tapered end with the black sizing tracks.

Insert the squared end of the ZippyBelt™ into the buckle and firmly close the lever.

Wear your ZippyBelt™ just like any other belt, starting from your waist’s left side. Insert the tapered end into the buckle and listen for the signature ZippyBelt click every quarter inch. Adjust for a perfect, comfortable fit.

To adjust or remove your ZippyBelt™, locate the control arm on the buckle’s lower right side. Ensure no tension on the belt, then push the arm away from your waist to release. Slightly tightening while the arm is engaged allows for easy expansion and removal.
